Resignation: Marco Sietas 22/01/2017

Marco Sietas and Olav Groehn © Roland Following the conclusion of the WDSF Presidium Meetings held at Barcelona, Spain on January 21-22, 2017, WDSF President Lukas Hinder announced today that WDSF has entered into an agreement under which Mr. Marco Sietas has resigned all of his offices in WDSF, including as WDSF Sports Director, effective retroactively to December 31, 2016. 

Mr. Sietas has announced that he will not attend the 2017 WDSF Annual General Meeting and will not be a candidate in any of the elections to be held there, and that he will not be involved in DanceSport administration generally during 2017.

Mr. Sietas's privileges as a WDSF Adjudicator and Chairperson remain unaffected. 

WDSF wishes Mr. Sietas good health and good luck in his future endeavours," said Mr. Hinder as he concluded the announcement.
